Order Processing Time

We will ship the in-stock items within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind each batch of Ella Eloise Natural products are hand crafted for you! :-) That means, hand crafted products take a little time! Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process and ship out of stock items. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time begins the next business day. Thank you for your patience :-)

US Postal Service must be used when shipping to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options (2nd Day service) is not available.

Product Info 

100% of our products are free from harmful preservatives and additives. Refrigeration is not required for any of our products, however, certain products stay fresh longer if refrigerated. Please view the product descriptions for more details. ***Our Shea Butter Based products will melt in temperatures above 80 degrees Fahrenheit. When ordering during summer months, Ella Eloise Natural will do everything we can to ensure your products arrive to you in the consistency they are intended. Unfortunately, will not be responsible for reimbursement if products melt during shipment. Rest assured, the products are still completely safe and usable! – Simply place product in the refrigerator for approximately 20-30 mins and then let product sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Doing this will allow the product to solidify once again. Products like the body mousse may lose their fluffiness, but this is not an issue.***

We truly aim to please! Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact our customer advocates at Eeloisenatural@gmail.com with any concerns.


Shipping Damages

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please send an email including your name, order number, and clear photos to eeloisenatural@gmail.com; Our customer advocates will be happy to assist you. Please be sure to include all pertinent information along with pictures in order to prevent unnecessary delay. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery carrier's responsibility. Prompt attention is required should we need to file a claim to the delivering carrier.   


Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we can only reship an order once we've received written verification from the customer that the order has been lost or stolen. Notify us ASAP of any issues so a claim can be filed with the delivering carrier. 


Please also contact your mail carrier to ensure it wasn't delivered to the incorrect address.
